Purple and Black Chainmaille Bracelet

16 11 2011

Side-by-side Byzantine chain in purple, silver, and black

This is one of my favorite bracelets. It is both slinky and weighty.

The unique design makes it very flexible, and the color pattern provides a subtle highlight that can catch the sun and surprise the eye.

I have a similar bracelet in fuchsia and silver here.

Like many of my pieces, the  design is based on the classic and mysterious Byzantine pattern. In this case, the Byzantine “units” lay side-by-side to provide a rich, dense pattern.

Customize the color patterns here for the look you want!
